## About / 概要

- 目的 / Purpose: GitHub上の開発効率化ツールを、実際にインストール・動作確認した「実測」結果と、公開メタデータから算出した「推定」スコアの区別を明示して、出典つきで比較できるようにする。
  Compare developer tools with a clear distinction between "verified" (actually installed and tested) and "estimated" (derived from public metadata) scores, always with sources.
- データ / Data: 全ツールのスター数・最終push・ライセンスはGitHub公開情報(一次ソース)を出典とし、取得日を各ページに明記。スコア算出規則(スター/更新性/ライセンスの内訳)は /about で全公開。
  Stars, last push, and license come from public GitHub data (primary source); the retrieval date is shown on each page. The scoring rules are fully disclosed on /about.
- 品質 / Quality: fake-star(偽スター)が疑われるリポジトリは掲載対象から除外。実測スコアと推定スコアを混同させない表示を徹底。
  Repositories suspected of fake stars are excluded. Verified and estimated scores are never conflated.
- 更新 / Updates: GitHub公開情報を定期再取得してスコアを再計算する方針。取得日を全ページに明記。
  GitHub data is periodically re-fetched and scores recalculated; the retrieval date is shown site-wide.
